Visitors!!

We don't get many visitors this time of year, can't really say that I blame anyone for not wanting to visit when it is 110+ outside!  Thanks to Bon Iver playing in Phoenix Jake & Caitlyn decided to make the trip.  My dad tagged along, he said that he felt jipped because my mom was able to spend an extra week here when Isaac was born and he needed some more time with his grandkids!  My dad is the best grandpa.  Saying that Cole loves him is an understatement...Cole idolizes his grandpa and basically becomes his shadow when he is around.  Addie is pretty fond of her grandpa too!  I love watching them interact together.  I'm thankful that my kids are able to have this kind of relationship with their grandparents.  It was a quick trip but we loved having them here.  I knew that my family would be arriving late so Wednesday night I told Addie that they would be here when she woke up in the morning.  Around 1am she showed up in our bedroom wanting to know where they were.  I told here they'd be here anytime so she crawled up on the rocking chair and fell asleep while waiting.  Not sure how this could be comfortable! 

I haven't been "allowed" in the pool since Isaac was born so Addie and Cole were thrilled to have some company to swim with! 

While I ran to the store one afternoon my dad pulled Isaac out of his bed so they could have a nap together! 

My dad offered to watch Addie & Cole so that Dave and I could go to dinner.  It was a much needed break and I loved walking in on this...
